Citric Acid applications include: acidifier, pH adjustment, dispersing agent, sequestering agent, chelating agent, water conditioning agent, detergent manufacturing, electroplating, leather tanning, environmental remediation, cleaning and polishing stainless steel and other metals, cleaning of industrial sites, alkyd resins, preparation of citrates, mordant, removal of sulfur dioxide from smelter waste gases. It is used to remove build up of hard water stains, yellowing/browning discolorations, coffee/tea stains and urine stains.

Wear protective gloves and protective clothing when handling this material. Observe good personal hygiene measures when handling this material. This material is irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin. Wash face, hands, and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Avoid heat, sparks, or flames. Material may form explosive dust-air mixtures. Call a physician immediately if ingested and rinse mouth. This product is not certified for use in food.
