Phosphoric Acid 75% Solution, FG, NSF is used in the treatment of drinking water. It is also used in soft drinks, particularly Cola. It is used in the manufacture of cottage cheese, processed cheese, fats, shortenings, pH control, in the manufacturing of imitation Jellies, as a nutrient in the production of yeast, in the control of bacteria growth in processed foods, as a flocculation agent for clarification of sugar juices after timing process, in the manufacture of phosphate salts, and for drinking water corrosion control and lead and copper control.
