P.G. Industrial Grade is used in a variety of antifreeze applications, including de-icing of aircraft, as a heat transfer fluid in water-based hydronic systems, as an automotive antifreeze, and for winterization of plumbing systems. Propylene is preferred to Ethylene for many antifreeze applications due to its low toxicity and environmental friendliness. It is also used as a feedstock material for the production of polymers, as well as many varied applications as a solvent, carrier, intermediate, humectant, preservative, for creating theatrical smoke/fog, etc. This product is designed for use in industrial applications and should not be used in food and drug applications.
