Materials Resource Planning

Invoices are provided in paper or electronic form. Where necessary, we can submit invoices according to your unique requirements, including posting invoices to your supplier portal.

Delivery
We ship via CORECHEM fleet to most business locations whenever and wherever possible, primarily in the East Tennessee region (see Delivery Schedule). If delivery is needed outside of our normal delivery schedule, we do our best to accommodate.
Bulk fills of Heat Transfer Fluids are transported via the CORECHEM fleet to a much larger geographic area. Learn more about our White Glove Delivery service.
We utilize common carrier for customers throughout the United States, and occasionally into Canada and Mexico. We negotiate with our carriers based on our volume, then price match their freight rates to offer you the most competitive option. If you’re in a hurry for material, discuss your LTL options with your customer service representative when you place your order. Our one-day LTL service area expands into 17 states and covers a large part of the eastern half of the United States. We are able to be most competitive shipping in the Eastern United States; higher freight rates may apply for shipments outside this area.
We also have the ability to ship via ocean container to overseas customers. Please note that we are unable to competitively service overseas commodity chemical requirements.
