Nitric Acid Solution is used in production of ammonium nitrate for fertilizers, making plastics, manufacturing of dyes, metal processing, as an etchant and cleaning agent, as a precursor to organic nitrogen compounds, in the production of nylon precursors, and as a rocket propellant.
This product should be stored only in its original container. Keep away from sources of heat or flame as this product is an oxidizer and may intensify fire. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Wear appropriate protective clothing, eye protection, respiratory protection, etc. Use only outdoors or in a well ventilated area; do not breathe vapors. Wash face, hands, and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Seek medical help immediately if ingested or if product comes in contact with eyes or skin.
