Antifreeze for Incidental Food Contact Applications
As a complement to our popular heat transfer fluids product lines, CORECHEM currently offers two types of thermal fluids that have been created for use wherever incidental contact with food is possible: GlycoChill+ P200FG
GlycoChill+ P200FG is certified and created for use as a heat transfer fluid in food & beverage processing applications, or wherever incidental contact with food or potable water is possible. This product is propylene glycol-based, with our corrosion inhibition package designed to protect your system from corrosion of ferrous metals.
GlycoChill+ P200FG is colorless, and can be dyed red, green or blue. For further customization options, speak to a sales representative.
Additionally, we carry Propylene Glycol USP grade, a food-grade glycol with no inhibitors added.
Can I use GlycoChill+ P200FG IN food?
No, neither of these products is certified for use in food.
