Telemetric Monitoring System

Ensure consistent chemical supply

without manual checks.

CoreMetrix ® Telemetric Monitoring is our Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) system. The program is designed for customers who currently use a significant, ongoing volume of chemicals and who would benefit by outsourcing the day-to-day management of their bulk chemical supply. How does VMI work? Your bulk chemical tank levels are monitored remotely by our CSR team. When the tank level drops below an agreed-upon threshold, they arrange for the shipment of material according to customer preference. The only thing you, the customer, have to do… is sign the bill of lading when the product shows up.

Whether you currently monitor your tanks manually or purchase bulk chemicals in drums, switching to a tank telemetry system with VMI can offer tremendous time-saving and safety benefits for your employees.

Why Do I Need a Telemetric Monitoring System?

Ensure Consistent Chemical Supply – Say goodbye to the day-to-day management of bulk chemical supply. Ensure you never run out of chemicals by automating the ordering process, leaving less room for human error. Know you’ll have the chemicals you need when you need them.

Save Time –  Checking bulk tank levels manually is time-consuming. Free up your time, or your employee’s time, to do other things. (If you currently purchase chemicals in drums to convert to bulk, setting up a tank telemetry system can save hours per day in handling.)

Improve Accuracy – Manual checking of tank levels by employees can lead to inaccurate readings. Get regular, accurate reporting on your tank levels, according to your preference. You can also take a real-time reading at any time with the push of a button.

Improve Safety – Hazardous chemicals can present serious risks to employees, especially handling and moving totes & drums. Remote tank monitoring can reduce or eliminate the need to handle and transfer chemicals, leading to a safer workplace.

Smoother Operations – Depending on your preference, the ordering process with VMI can be 100% ‘hands-off’. With fully automated monitoring and ordering systems in place, your operations are much less likely to experience downtime due to a gap in chemical supply (i.e., internal mistakes). A consistent chemical supply means fewer interruptions and smoother operations.

Fully Automated & Customizable – Data refresh rates for our telemetric monitoring system are set by our customers, according to their preference. With a variety of customization options available, speak to a team member about what your preferences are.

Access More Data – Depending on the way the system is set up, you may be able to collect data that could, over time, lead to meaningful insights about your operations. For example, data may be used to compare the amount of chemical used to the total output of operations. This can help show up differences in chemical usage, i.e. between shifts. It can also be useful for budgeting and forecasting. If the chemical is being used for manufacturing, a company can have better information about the total cost, or amount, of chemical used per produced unit, and how to accurately budget for increased volume, or output.

Free up time and enjoy safer, smoother operations.
