Sodium Thiosulfate 29 – 30% Solution is used as a chlorine neutralizer, in photo processing, in gold/silver extraction, as a mordant in dyeing and printing textiles, a reducer in chrome dyeing, in the manufacture of leather, for bleaching bone, straw, or ivory, as a preservative, and as a chemical intermediate.
