Evaporated Food Grade Salt is used in food processing. It is used to heighten and enhance the flavor of food. It may be used for meat and cheese processing, the production of cereal, flour, baked goods, etc. It is also used in water treatment applications.

Product Data Sheet – Tru-Flo Evaporated Food Grade Salt, Treated

Avoid breathing dust. Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid contact with water and moisture. Store in original container, and keep tightly closed. Store in a well-ventilated place, away from incompatible materials (strong acids). This product becomes corrosive to metals when wet. This product becomes hygroscopic at 70 – 75% relative humidity.
